Create a new character and have a second player join the game as a guest on controller two. Since Badass points are assigned to your profile and not a specific saved game file, it is possible to get an unlimited number of Badass points easily. Give the new character created for player two $3 million again to get another 167 Badass points. Then, have player two join the game, but first delete the character player two was using, and create a new one before joining the game. Then, have player two give the money back to player one. You will get an extra 167 Badass points added to your profile. Have player one trade $3 million to player two. Have the character with $3 million as player one and the new character as player two. Create a new character, and start a game with both characters. Note: This trick requires a character with at least $3 million. Note: The loot will only be Level 7 unless the second player is at a level higher than Level 7. Then, create another account, and repeat this as many times as desired. It will not use the Golden Key the first player has. Then, have the second player open the Golden Loot chest in Sanctuary, and have player one grab the loot. If you do not have a separate account, create one. Using a second controller, sign a second player in to join your game. Note: This trick requires a Golden Key from a pre-order code. Note: This glitch was done on an unpatched version of the game. Load both profiles, have player two give player one all the loot, and save. When player one's profile is loaded again, a Golden Key will not have been used. Once player two has left the game, have player one quit the game without saving by exiting to the dashboard using the PS button or resetting the system. Have player two grab the loot, and then have player two choose the "Save and Leave Game" option. The chest will contain two rare purple weapons, one rare purple rocket launcher, two rare purple shields, or two rare purple mods. Then, have player one open the Golden Loot chest. Do not choose a new storage device just choose to continue. You will then be prompted with a notification that further progress will not be saved unless you choose a new storage device. Once both players are in Sanctuary, remove the flash drive that player one's saved game was loaded from. Then, have player two join using a separate profile stored on a different storage device, making sure player one is the host. Next, start the game, and choose to load from the flash drive where player one's profile was copied. The second profile (player two) is only going to hold the items and must have their save game file and profile on a different storage device like the hard drive, but make sure it is not stored on the flash drive where the primary profile is stored for player one. It is recommended the saved game file last be saved in Sanctuary so you are near the Golden Loot chest when you load the saved game, making the process quicker. First, copy the saved game file for the primary profile (player one) on which you would like to use a Golden Key but not lose it to the USB flash drive. Note: This glitch requires two controllers, two accounts, a USB flash drive, and Golden Key.
